All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and sensitive nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept any

returns or exchanges.

We are unable to restock or resell returned items, even if unused. Please purchase with confidence and feel

free to reach out with any questions prior to ordering.

Please review the full ingredient list on each product page before purchase. Customers are responsible for

checking for known allergies or sensitivities. Decus Beauty is not liable for allergic reactions to ingredients

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@decusbeauty.com

with the following:

- Your order number

- A photo of the product and packaging

- A brief description of the issue

 

We'll gladly replace the item or issue a store credit once verified.

 

 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a purchased product is out of stock or unavailable. Otherwise, store credit may be offered

when applicable.
